Like all of our different railing styles, it is available in all four post/rail configurations. Since all materials come pre-fabricated for your individual deck, installation is a breeze. Simply locate the positions for the post and rail assemblies and install. After the complete hand railing system is fastened down, slide all the cables through the pre-drilled holes in the post and single picket. Install the hardware and tighten up the cables. Fencing: Chain-Link
Chain link fencing is an excellent fencing option from a functional perspective. Cheap, durable, and maintenance free, chain link fencing will provide a property boundary and yard containment. Most homeowners consider wood fencing the only option for elegance and privacy, but wood fences also lend themselves to pest problems and decay. Still, chain link fencing has distinct advantages and with a little creativity can be the most sensible fencing option for your needs.

Fencing: PVC
Fence maintenance, repair and replacement can be a major (and on-going) expense for individual homeowners and large projects like Common Interest Developments, Homeowners Associations and Commercial Developments. In the last 15 years vinyl fencing (otherwise known as PVC fence) has become an increasingly popular long-term solution to normal wood fence problems. Since vinyl fencing is ultra violet (U.V.) protected it never needs to be painted. The color goes all the way through the material so scratches or gouges are almost invisible. All fence components are made of 100% virgin vinyl and will never rot, shrink, decompose or rust like a wood or iron fence post. Although wood fence or iron fencing may initially cost less than vinyl fence, that advantage is soon lost because of painting, repair, maintenance and replacement. Thousands of homeowners and businesses are choosing vinyl over more traditional materials for several reasons:

Fencing: Wire
Wire fencing is durable, low maintenance, and comparatively inexpensive. They are a great way to mark property lines, as well as keep pets and stray animals in (or out). Aside from being inexpensive, a wire fence is extremely easy to maintain. Basically, once they are put in, there’s not much else to do. When a wire fence gets dirty, you can either hose it down or wait for rain. Heat and cold have virtually no effect on their performance. The gaps in wire fences are generally much too small for anything larger than a potato to fit through. Rabbits, stray dogs, and other garden and property undesirables will be kept out, while the family pooch will stay in. Wire fencing is available in many different styles for use in many different situations. There are very inexpensive, do-it-yourself fences that can be put around small gardens in a few hours to keep rodents out. There are high-quality, heavy-gauge wire fences that can be used for security (these types of fences are often put up in places where rigid security is a must, like drug enforcement cages in police stations and other controlled access areas).
